Foxton Village Appraisal initiative
In 2021, following the National Census, Foxton Parish Council will lead the production of a revised and updated Parish Appraisal.
The original publication (created by a newly formed Foxton Appraisal Committee) was published in the Spring of 2000, and collected together information about:
1) The history of Foxton & village memories
2) The canal
3) Foxton charities
4) Socio-economic and demographic information
5) Schools & education
6) Recreational facilities
7) Information & communication
8) Environmental & conservation matters
9) Security, Law & Order
Looking to 2021
The Foxton Parish Council will take the lead on producing a revised village appraisal as an initiative - when the 2021 National Census data is collated.
The updated appraisal will concentrate on socio-economic and demographic changes as well as up dating any significant changes in other sections of the original 2000 report.
